What does it mean to be the "Lowest Unique" bidder?
The "Lowest Unique Bidder" ( Winner ) is the person who has bid the lowest amount that no other person has bid.

What if my bid is unique, but later someone bids the same amount?
Then your unique bid becomes a duplicate bid.
One other concept you have to understand is the "Lowest Untaken" bid.
The "Lowest Untaken Bid" is the lowest amount that NO ONE has bid on yet, it is NOT the same as the "Lowest Unique Bid". "Lowest Untaken Bid" can greater or less than the "Lowest Unique Bid" ( see examples below ).
